Pedal Vancouver BC Part 3 - Downtown North

The pedaling started just outside the Waterfront Train Station on the peninsula that is downtown Vancouver.

That's downtown but I planned to hit the outskirts of this whole area.

My first views.  All these are heading east before I reached Stanley Park.

Downtown is packed with residences.  And boats.  Walking paths and pedal paths.  The best part is at the end of the peninsula - the green space called Stanley Park.

It's almost as big as all of downtown and it's laced with ponds and miniparks and trails and trees.  I just wanted to ride the edge and then continue south and west.  It reminds me of Central Park in Manhattan but the views are much better in Vancouver's park.

    1. Zero to a few degrees above. Celsius. Nice in the sun and cold in the shade.
